We are looking for motivated candidates with good communication and sales skills to join our work-from-office team.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions and explain life insurance products.

Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

Maintain proper customer records and follow process guidelines.

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Week Off: Rotational

Shift: Morning Shift

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

Good English & Hindi communication skills

Sales-oriented approach and good convincing skills

Age: Up to 30 years

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary:

Freshers: 16,000 CTC

Experienced: 18,000 CTC
