Job Description Customer Service & Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through voice/inbound or outbound calls.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/service targets.

Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.

Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.

Meet productivity, quality and performance targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi/Bengali.

Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales or Sales will be preferred.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.
