Walk-in || Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to pitch and sell the company's financial products and services.
• Lead Generation: Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, field visits, and professional networking.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure retention.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed the monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate, or Post Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills with a highly motivated attitude.

• Salary: Salary will be commensurate with your capability and experience (Competitive fixed salary + Attractive incentives).
