Job Description:
Orion Edutech Private Limited is hiring a Sales Executive to manage and close candidates under our Hire & Train models. The role involves candidate engagement, follow-ups, explaining program/job opportunities, handling queries, and achieving successful candidate closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and close candidates for Hire & Train programs.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into successful closures.
• Explain program details, job opportunities, eligibility, and processes.
• Maintain candidate data and follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly conversion and closure targets.
• Coordinate with the recruitment/training team for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales/telecalling/recruitment experience preferred.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
