Skylite Luminaries is a growing company in the premium lighting, switches and electrical solutions industry. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our sales team and contribute to business growth.

Designation: Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Experience: 6months5+Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 15,00040,000 per month, depending on experience and performance
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits, cold calling and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, architects, builders, electricians and contractors.
- Visit potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products.
- Promote and sell premium lighting, switches and electrical products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders and delivery.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and daily market visit updates to the reporting manager.
Preferred Industry Exposure
Candidates with experience in or knowledge of any of the following industries will be preferred:

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can apply.
- 1–3 years of sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
