About this role
We are looking for *Sales Executives* who are energetic, confident, and target-oriented to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and follow up on sales leads.
* Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
* Explain company projects/products, pricing, and payment plans.
* Arrange customer meetings and site visits.
* Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
* Maintain customer and lead records and provide regular sales reports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales closure.
Candidate Profile
*Freshers:* Graduates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
*Experienced Candidates:* 15 years of sales experience preferred, especially in *Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Banking, Insurance, or Field Sales*.
