Walk-in || Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain furniture products, designs, materials, features, pricing, and customization options.
• Promote and sell sofas, sofa-cum-beds, beds, dining furniture, wardrobes, tables, and other furnishing products.
• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the team for order processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
• Maintain proper product presentation and showroom standards.
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail, furniture, furnishing, interiors, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Kannada. Hindi or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn about furniture products, materials, designs, and customization.
