Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales activities at retail stores, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer satisfaction.
• Conduct showroom sales, demonstrating product knowledge and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory management, and store operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in Counter Sales, Showroom Sales, Retail Sales, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
• Strong understanding of jewelry products and their features.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers.
