Walk-in || Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Banking / Direct Sales:
  
• Engage with walk-in customers and cross-sell Personal Loans to existing bank account holders.
• Conduct direct field sourcing and business development activities to acquire new customers.
• Manage end-to-end loan application processing, documentation, and coordination with credit and operations teams for timely disbursement.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate employees to drive loan volume.
• Tele sales / Inside Sales:
• Perform outbound calling on pre-screened leads provided by the bank.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure options, and benefits clearly to prospective borrowers.
• Follow up with interested leads to collect necessary digital documents and complete online application forms.
• Meet weekly and monthly call-time, lead conversion, and disbursal targets.

Eligibility & Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Commerce, or Finance background preferred).
• Experience: 03 years of experience in Retail Sales, B2C Sales, Loans, or Financial Services.
• Skills Required:
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Basic understanding of financial products, credit criteria, and loan documentation.
