Job Description

• Implement and onboard new dealerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Provide timely and efficient service as per company standards.
• Source quality business through channel partners and team members.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Ensure completion and tracking of post-disbursement documentation.
• Monitor and improve the productivity of off-roll employees.
• Manage and maintain collection portfolios for the first six months post-disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
• Actively support the launch and adoption of new products, processes, and policies.
• Prepare and maintain business reports and MIS.
• Contribute to business growth, portfolio quality, and partner satisfaction.

Experience Required - 1 to 3 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Auto Finance, Two-wheeler Finance, Personal Loans, or related financial products.
