Role & responsibilities

• Network Expansion: Build and manage dealer, contractor, and builder networks within the designated territory.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to boost market share and product volume.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor field sales representatives and account managers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strategic ties with key developers, institutional clients, and channel partners.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, regional demand, and emerging construction trends.
