Sales Executive Rama Aircon (Authorised Sales & Service Dealer of Daikin Air Conditioning Pvt. Ltd.)
Job Overview
Rama Aircon is hiring an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for Daikin residential and commercial air conditioning solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities for Daikin air conditioning products across residential and commercial sectors.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
• Pitch suitable HVAC solutions based on client requirements and site evaluations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the client network.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: MBA or Graduate in any stream.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
• Candidates with prior HVAC or consumer durables experience are preferred (Freshers with strong sales potential are welcome).

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 22,500 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives with high earning potential
