Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller with prior experience in loan sales to drive customer acquisition through outbound calling. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, assisting them in completing digital loan journeys and converting leads to successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads
• Assist customers in completing Personal Loan, Business Loan to eligible customers
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, KYC requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms
• Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the loan application
• Address customer queries and effectively handle objections to maximize conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines Experience 13 years of experience in tele calling or tele sales, with a strong preference for candidates from Personal Loan or Business Loan sales backgrounds Required Skills
• Good understanding of Personal Loan and Business Loan products (for experienced candidates)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (for all candidates)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, rebuttal and objection-handling skills
• Ability to build customer trust and drive conversions over phone calls
• Familiarity with CRM tools, dialer, and basic computer applications
