Walk-in || Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Attend incoming customer calls and understand their travel requirements.
• Handle walk-in customers professionally at the office.
• Explain tour packages, visa services, pricing, inclusions, and other travel-related services.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proper follow-up.
• Make follow-up calls to interested customers and pending leads.
• Prepare and share quotations/packages with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer details, call updates, follow-up dates, and sales status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal visa, tour, operations, and accounts teams after booking.
• Assist customers with payment and booking confirmation.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Achieve monthly individual sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships before handing confirmed bookings to the respective operations/service team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 03 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, travel sales, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and face-to-face.
• Confident in explaining products, pricing, and offers.
• Strong follow-up and customer-conversion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
• Good listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and responsible for assigned leads.
• Should be comfortable working from the office and handling walk-in customers.
• Candidates with experience in travel agencies, tour packages, visas, hospitality, or tourism sales will be preferred.
