Walk-in || Sales Executive

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
• Contact potential customers through calls, messages and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation and process to customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update sales activities regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 02 years of experience in sales, banking, finance or loan sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
