Walk-in || Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

(Location :Kadakkal Kollam)

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store/branch manager.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to explain features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Ensure proper stock display, arrangement, and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for timely replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store premises.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with other store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
• Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and customer service standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Prior experience in retail sales preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Willingness to work at [Venjaramoodu / Kilimanur / Kadakkal] store location.
