Role & Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct property/site visits and provide suitable property recommendations.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate, and drive the sales process to closure.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Real Estate preferred; candidates from EdTech, Insurance & Banking are also welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Own vehicle is mandatory and willingness to travel for site visits.
• Target-oriented, confident, and proactive approach.
