Role & responsibilities

1. Call and follow up on company provided leads.

2. Qualify client needs and pitch options

3. Conduct site visits and presentations

4. Negotiate and close deals

5. Maintain CRM and sales reports

6. Achieve monthly targets and share market feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate with 1-3 years of real estate sales experience.

2. Strong communication and negotiation.

3. Self-starter, target-driven

4. Field-ready, knows Kolkata markets

5. Basic CRM / MS Office

6. Own two-wheeler preferred.
