Walk-in || Sales Executive-Industrial Automation

• Own and achieve annual sales targets for Industrial Automation vertical. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
• Build a strong pipeline by targeting Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.
• Manage large strategic accounts and develop long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales and project execution teams for solution development.
• Lead proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.
• Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and product improvement suggestions.
• Represent the company in industry forums, trade shows, and partner events.
• Mentor junior sales or business development team members.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus)
• 0-3 years of proven experience in selling Industrial Automation products/solutions
• Strong network with Automation OEMs and Automotive/Manufacturing clients
• Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, Sensors, Industrial Networking, and IIoT.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across India.
• Fixed CTC Range: As Per Industry Standard
