Walk-in || Sales Executive For TILES & Sanitaryware Showroom

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend Kohler bathroom products and Kajaria tiles based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up database.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Keep the showroom well-presented and updated with product displays.
• Stay informed about new products, pricing, and promotional schemes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
• Experience in sanitaryware, tiles, bath fittings, building materials, hardware, or interior products will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and professionals.
