Walk-in || Sales Engineer

Roles & responsibilities :

1) Drive business development and sales for core industrial automation products: PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel, VFD, Gearbox, Slip Rings and servo motors.

2) Promote and sell related automation products, including Motors, Industrial Cables, Encoders, Actuators, and Pneumatics and Mechatronics
3) Map assigned territories, identify prospective clients, and establish strong B2B customer relationships.
4) Manage customer accounts, conduct technical discussions, prepare quotations, and ensure timely payment collection.

5) Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7) Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into paying customers through effective sales techniques.

8) Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving sales targets.

9) Developing a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications to effectively address customer inquiries and provide solutions.

10) Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

11) Preparing accurate sales reports and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile :

Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in technical B2B sales.
Domain Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of industrial automation products, especially gearboxes, slip rings, and related motion control components.
