Walk-in || Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial documentation.
• Receive, process, and monitor customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding order status, production schedules, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Provide timely updates to customers and management on pending and ongoing orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, service requests, and order-related issues professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, invoices, customer records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-ups, outstanding balances, and collection status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports, order status reports, and sales performance reports.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records using ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Stores to ensure material availability and timely order fulfilment.
• Work closely with Dispatch and Logistics teams to ensure deliveries are completed as per customer commitments.
• Identify and promptly resolve order processing, delivery, documentation, and customer coordination issues.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective follow-up and coordination.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
• 2 years+ of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, metal, foundry, automotive components, or industrial products is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Reporting & Coordination

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Coordinates With: Customers, Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
