Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales-related activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, and strong coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team on day-to-day activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and timely execution.
• Maintain customer records and update MIS reports.
• Track sales orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Support, or Back Office Operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar industry is preferred.
