Walk-in || Sales Coordinator

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations using Zoho CRM.
  • Submit offers and documentation on eProcurement portals, including Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders.
  • Review sales orders and complete the Order Review Checklist; ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Coordinate with customers, the sales team, factory team, and credit control team to manage the complete order cycle.
  • Support the vendor onboarding process by submitting required documentation and maintaining regular correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage sales, marketing activities, customer queries, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Perform social media marketing coordination and related promotional activities.
  • Maintain all records and reports in prescribed formats.
  • Execute any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Directors or Management.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (B.Com, M.Com, BBM, MBA), or a related

commercial discipline.
• Candidates with other educational backgrounds may be considered if they possess relevant domain expertise.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing is desirable
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation and compliance
