Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for order processing.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Maintain MIS, customer records, and reports in Excel/ERP/CRM.
• Follow up on quotations, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts.
• Track order status and update customers.
• Monitor pending orders and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Back Office.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/CRM knowledge preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
