Walk-in || Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage day-to-day sales coordination activities for our flexible packaging manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, sales team, production and dispatch departments.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, reports and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Maintain accurate sales data and update records in GOOGLE SHEETSl/ERP systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales/MIS reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for shipment status and delivery updates.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of customer orders and communications.
• Support the sales team in achieving smooth order processing and customer service.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, GOOGLE SHEETS and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Good data entry and documentation skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline. Preferred M.B.A
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and Excel skills may also be considered.
• Candidate should be comfortable working from the office and coordinating with different departments.
