Invest Mango is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Pune.

Salary: Up to 60,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Location: Pune
Experience: 15 Years
Industry: Real Estate / BFSI / Automobile / Direct Sales

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle and convert qualified leads into successful bookings.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their investment/home-buying requirements.
• Conduct client meetings & project/site visits.
• Present projects, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities effectively.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently and drive leads through the complete sales funnel.
• Negotiate effectively and assist in deal closures.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated with Pune’s real estate market, projects and competition.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.
• Candidates with Pune real estate market knowledge will be preferred.
• Own vehicle is an added advantage.
