About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused and energetic Sales Associates to join Lenskart's retail stores. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their requirements.
• Drive store sales and achieve individual and store-level targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Handle customer queries and provide product information.
• Support billing, stock management, and store operations.
• Maintain proper product display and store hygiene.
• Assist with basic eye-testing processes after completing the required training.
• Follow Lenskart's sales processes, SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, customer service, telecom, fashion, lifestyle, consumer durables, or similar customer-facing roles are preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Mandatory 22-Day Training

• Selected candidates will undergo 22 days of functional training at Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
• Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service, eye testing, and store operations.
• Salary starts from Day 1 of training.
• Candidates need to arrange their own accommodation/PG during training.

Compensation

For Freshers:

• CTC: 20,000/month
• Approx. In-hand: 16,000/month
• Monthly incentives: 3,000–6,000

For Experienced Candidates:

• CTC: 21,500/month
• Approx. In-hand: 17,500/month
• Monthly incentives: 3,000–6,000

Work Conditions

• 6 days working with rotational weekly off.
• 8–9 hours shift.
• Comfortable working on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
• Customer-facing and standing role.
• Store location may be anywhere in the assigned city/region based on business requirements.
