Position : Sales Associate

Location: Pune
CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA + Monthly Performance Incentives

Qualification : Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience : 0 to 2+

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear needs.
• Recommend suitable eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Assist customers with billing, order processing, and after-sales support.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• 0-2+ years of experience in sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
