Job Description Sales & Marketing Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Management

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business from hospitals, nursing homes, medical institutions, government departments and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell Medi Waves' range of Hospital Furniture, Medical Equipment, OT Equipment, Infant & Neonatal Care Equipment and Patient Care Products.
• Generate leads through calls, visits, references, online platforms and market research.
• Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with customers for order conversion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors and channel partners for business development.
• Handle institutional, government and GeM/tender-related sales as required.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain sales reports, enquiry status, customer database and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Tender, Service, Finance and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of medical equipment/hospital furniture industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
