Position

Sales Advisor – GST, Taxation & Trademark

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to GST, Taxation and Trademark services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Explain services, pricing and process clearly to customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of GST, Taxation & Trademark will be an advantage.
• Sales experience in B2B/B2C or business services is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
