Job Title: Sales Admin Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Sales admin candidate to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for Sales Team with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between the marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow up with marketing team members to track the progress of ongoing campaigns, tasks, and projects.
• Send regular reminders to team members about upcoming deadlines, deliverables, and meetings.
• Keep track of marketing schedules, campaign timelines, and ensure all milestones are being achieved.
• Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and report on the status of tasks to senior management.
• Help troubleshoot any issues or delays within the team by providing support and solutions where necessary.
• Process orders via email or phone.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Develop monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must graduate by recognised university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
