Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work. To ensure that the company is in compliance with and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.

Achieve Zero accident / incident

• New joined safety induction
• Issue PPE to shop floor employees
• Self-audit to identify Unsafe Condition /Unsafe Act
• Safety awareness training weekly to shop floor employees
• Schedule & organize monthly safety committee meetings and resolve or follow-up for closure safety concern points
• Incident investigation report and find out proper root cause and corrective action. Ensure Countermeasure are implemented
• Track and maintain safety related expenses and records
• Legal Compliance
• 100% Adherence to legal requirements of environment and health
• Co-ordinate with external agency for monitoring of stack, air, water and noise to identify parameters are meeting to the requirement
• Implementation of ISO 14001:2015
• Prepare documents as per requirements
• Conduct internal & external audits
• Dealing with Pollution control board
• Submit forms as per due date
• Timely renewal of Air & water and hazardous waste consent
• Disposal of hazardous waste to authorized vendor and maintain forms
• STP Monitoring as per PCB norms and if any deviation immediate rectify
• Employee activities on Safety and Environment
• Safety week celebration March 4th
• Environment celebration September 5th
• Mock drills
• Administrative activities
• Medicine purchase
• Co-ordinate with nearby hospital for treatment
• Raise indent for chain, lifting clamp, belt, wood, PPE etc.
• prepare monthly MIS reports
