Role & responsibilities

• Maintain a polite, respectful, and highly professional in all interactions with our customers, serving as a trusted brand ambassador for the company.
• Safely transport and deliver foreign currency ,forex prepaid cards and documents to designated Corporate Clients within scheduled timelines.
• Ensure that all foreign currency notes and instruments are accurately counted in front of the customer, matched with the invoice during both delivery and collection phases to confirm amount accuracy before hand over or collection.
• Conduct strict on-site identity verification of the recipient before releasing any forex to mitigate financial and operational risk.
• Ensure all required application forms, acknowledgements on bills, and encashment certificates are accurately collected on the spot without errors.
• Collect mandatory Know Your Customer documents from clients, verify their physical legibility, and safely submit it back to the branch.
• Ensure all documents are securely submitted to the concern team immediately upon return, preventing any unauthorized access or loss of sensitive customer data.
• Provide a basic walkthrough to the client on how to download, register, and activate our prepaid forex card mobile application and usage.
