Role & responsibilities

The RSO is responsible for attending to customers, providing excellent service, achieving sales targets, explaining jewellery products and offers, making customer follow-up calls, booking appointments, focusing on account enrolments and NEV, maintaining jewellery displays, following company policies and SOPs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting daily store operations.
