Walk-in RR Towers 3 Phase, Guindy Jr/Sr Service Engineer

ISpeel Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for technically skilled and customer-oriented professionals to join our team in Chennai.

Position

Jr. Service Engineer / Sr. Service Engineer

Domain: Laptop / Desktop / IT Hardware / Network Support

Location: Guindy Industrial Estate, Chennai

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: Freshers / 35 Years

Salary: 10,000 – 30,000 per month + Fixed & Variable Pay

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop & desktop hardware issues

Repair/replace RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, keyboards, batteries, displays and other components

Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, applications and antivirus

Perform system formatting, data backup and data migration

Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers and basic networking issues

Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within committed timelines

Visit customer locations for installation, repair and preventive maintenance

Prepare service reports, job sheets and installation reports

Maintain records of spare parts and equipment

Communicate professionally with customers and understand their technical requirements

Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers/management

Required Skills

Practical knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting

Knowledge of Windows installation and configuration

Basic networking knowledge – LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Willingness to travel to customer locations

Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in:

IT | Computer Hardware | Electronics | Networking | Related Fields

Experience

Freshers: Candidates with basic technical knowledge and a strong interest in computer hardware are welcome.

Experienced: 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT hardware, field service or technical support preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Field-service experience is an advantage

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Comfortable travelling to customer locations

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Willingness to learn new technologies and products
