Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear, sunglasses, and optical products as per their needs.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Explain product features, lens options, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Maintain store display, product presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support billing, inventory management, and store operations.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Follow company policies, processes, and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with experience documented on paper.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Strong sales and convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
