Walk-in || Retail Sales Executive

Role and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their clothing needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable ethnic wear based on size, occasion, style, and budget.
• Demonstrate products, explain fabric, fit, pricing, and available offers.
• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, shelves, trial-room coordination, and overall store presentation.
• Support billing, stock checking, tagging, and basic inventory management.
• Follow up with customers when required and help build repeat business.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 03 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, apparel, or customer service preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
• Good spoken Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Presentable, confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
• Interest in men’s fashion, ethnic wear, and styling.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS software, or computer operation is preferred.
• Must be available to work during weekends, festivals, and busy retail periods.
