Walk-in || Retail Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Maintains a well-groomed and professionally presentable appearance with a confident and pleasant personality.
• Drives sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Exposure to E-commerce operations.
• Responds to customers questions and provides appropriate assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Manages financial transactions.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases and handling cash, cheques, and store or other credit/debit cards.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them about preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Coordinates with the factory for customer orders.
