Who You Are:

Someone who loves interacting with people
2–5+ years of retail sales experience (jewellery/luxury preferred)
Strong communicator & confident seller
Good with CRM, billing & inventory basics
Passionate about customer service & styling

What You’ll Do:

Guide customers to find the perfect jewellery for their occasion

Maximize revenue through smart selling, add-on suggestions & repeat sales

Maintain elegant displays & a premium store ambience

Manage billing, CRM updates & daily store tasks
