About the Role

ManpowerGroup is conducting a Walk-in Drive for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with a passion for sales, customer service, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Follow store SOPs and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years in Retail Sales, Customer Service, FMCG, Electronics, Mobile, Fashion, or Consumer Durables.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred.
