Walk-in || Retail FMCG Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their requirements to provide suitable product recommendations.
• Drive daily store sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, discounts, and promotions to customers.
• Ensure proper display, merchandising, and availability of FMCG products.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store In-Charge for replenishment.
• Assist in receiving, checking, arranging, and storing merchandise.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable and monitor expiry dates.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the store and sales area.
• Support billing and POS operations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 years of experience in FMCG retail, supermarket, pharmacy retail, modern trade, or general retail sales.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
