Role and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth customer-shopping experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare daily reports, and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product display.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, daily cash reconciliation, and invoice accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock receiving, and prevent inventory shortages or discrepancies.
• Plan staff schedules, attendance, task allocation, and performance reviews.
• Support local promotions, festival campaigns, and customer follow-ups to increase sales.
• Ensure store policies, discipline, and operational procedures are followed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 25 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of billing, cash handling, stock management, and basic reporting.
• Confident, presentable, responsible, and able to make day-to-day operational decisions.
• Comfortable working during weekends, festivals, and peak retail periods.
• Knowledge of men’s ethnic wear or fashion retail is preferred.
• Candidate based in Rewa or able to commute daily is preferred.
