About this role
- Guest Service & Seating: Welcome guests, manage reservations, assist with seating, and ensure high standards of hospitality.
- Order & Table Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, explain menu items, handle special dietary requests, and coordinate timing with the kitchen.
- Floor Supervision: Oversee assigned stations, check table settings and cleanliness (mise-en-place), and maintain service flow.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule junior servers and bus staff, conducting pre-shift briefings.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
