Head R&D

• Role: Leading the research and development department for API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).
• Responsibilities:
  
• Strategizing and managing the entire R&D lifecycle (from route selection to commercial launch).
• Leading a team of scientists and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Overseeing process development, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO-GMP, USFDA) and maintaining lab safety.
• Budgeting, resource allocation, and troubleshooting complex chemistry issues.

2. Scientist R&D

• Role: Executing laboratory experiments and developing new synthetic routes.
• Responsibilities:
  
• Conducting literature searches and designing synthetic pathways for APIs.
• Performing reactions, purification, and characterization of compounds using techniques like HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.
• Documenting experiments in laboratory notebooks and preparing technical reports.
• Supporting scale-up activities and optimizing reaction conditions for higher yields.
