Walk-in || Research And Development Officer

Role & responsibilities :

• Perform multi-step organic synthesis of API intermediates and final products.
• Develop and optimize synthetic routes for improved yield, purity, and cost.
• Conduct reaction monitoring, purification, and characterization of compounds.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
• Support process scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with analytical, production, QA, and regulatory teams.
