Position: Executive / Senior Executive - API Research & Development (R&D)
Department: Research & Development (API)
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
Experience: 1-6 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments for API process development and optimization.
• Perform route scouting, reaction screening, and process improvement activities.
• Execute scale-up studies and support technology transfer to manufacturing plants.
• Identify, isolate, and characterize impurities and degradation products.
• Prepare and review technical documents, batch records, protocols, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform literature and patent searches for process development activities.
• Collaborate with Analytical R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory safety and adherence to company procedures.
