Role & responsibilities
Welcome guests, manage reservations, assist with seating, and ensure high standards of hospitality. Take accurate food and beverage orders, explain menu items, handle special dietary requests, and coordinate timing with the kitchen. Train, mentor, and schedule junior servers and bus staff, conducting pre-shift briefings. Collect customer feedback, monitor inventory/billing, and report sales or operational issues to the manager.
Preferred candidate profile
1 to 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine for this post who worked as a Captain.
