Walk-in || Required 2 Travel Consultants - Bird Travels

Role & responsibilities

• Itinerary Planning & Design: Create tailormade domestic and international travel itineraries (FIT & GIT) tailored to client budgets and preferences.
• GDS & Ticketing: Issue, re-issue, re-route, and cancel flight tickets using Amadeus or Galileo GDS systems.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Negotiate rates and coordinate bookings with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and visa processing agents.
• Client Engagement: Manage end-to-end sales inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings, providing expert destination recommendations and handling objections.
• Documentation & Visas: Assist clients with visa application procedures, travel insurance, and required travel documentation.
• Operations Support: Address on-trip emergencies or schedule updates promptly to ensure seamless passenger experiences.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have good knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, and drafting emails.
• Should have good sales and convincing skills.
• Should have knowledge of Domestic or/and International destinations.
