Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates with good communication skills to join our Renewal Collections team. The role involves interacting with existing life insurance customers, reminding them about premium payments, addressing their queries, and helping them renew their policies on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for premium payment reminders.
• Follow up with customers on due and overdue premium payments.
• Explain policy benefits, renewal processes, and payment options.
• Resolve basic customer queries related to policy status and renewals.
• Encourage policy renewals and support customer retention efforts.
• Update customer interactions and follow-up details in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
• Maintain professional communication and follow company processes and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Outlook, CRM systems preferred).
